In pottery terms, a "second" is an imperfect ceramic that can be sold at wild discount. Each piece is unique with its own character. No flaws affect the piece--they are all still fully functional with a splash of extra personality.

Why is this a Seconds Sale? : In bisque firing the legs popped off - so they are glazed back on and solid now but the attachment line is visible. They stand/function fine; would be a fun addition to tapas pieces or a fun(ky) fruit bowl!
